All payments are due at the time of service activation. The selected plan duration will automatically be added to your current subscription expiration date upon activation.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified 30 days in advance of any price change.

Upon full payment, ownership of the final delivered website/project transfers to the client. However, WebVerse Solutions retains the right to display the work in our portfolio and marketing materials, and to reuse general techniques and frameworks developed during the project.
Any third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) are subject to their respective licenses. The client is responsible for obtaining and maintaining any required licenses.
WebVerse Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services, unauthorized access to your data, or any third-party conduct through our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to WebVerse Solutions in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination: all outstanding payments become immediately due; access to platform tools is revoked; completed and paid work remains the client's property.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippines courts.

All refund requests must be submitted within the applicable timeframe stated below. Requests outside these windows will not be eligible for a refund.
For all plans: if work has commenced but a significant unresolved issue exists, we may issue a partial refund proportional to work not yet delivered.

Include your name, email, order/invoice number, plan purchased, reason, and date of purchase.
We'll review your request within 3–5 business days and respond with our decision.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via GCash, PayPal, or bank transfer.
Cancel anytime by emailing support@webverse.site. Your subscription remains active until the current billing period ends. No partial refunds for unused time, unless within the refund window stated above.
If you're dissatisfied with a refund decision, reply to our response email to escalate. We'll arrange a direct conversation to reach a fair resolution. For unresolved disputes, either party may seek mediation through DTI (Philippines).
